A practical lighting checklist for shops and business spaces
VK LEDShare
Business lighting orders become easier when the requirement is written down before products are added to the cart. This checklist helps reduce variant and quantity mistakes.
Map the space
Divide the site into customer areas, counters, displays, storage, work zones, passages and exterior areas. Note which fittings already exist and where new installation is required.
Build an item schedule
For every area, record the product type, fitting or mounting method, wattage, light colour, pieces required and any spare quantity. Keep the schedule beside the cart while selecting variants.
Keep visual consistency
Use a consistent light colour where products or finishes should look uniform. Different batches or colour labels can look noticeably different when placed side by side, so verify the exact option names.
Check supply and installation
Confirm site voltage, circuit capacity, switching plan and installation method with a qualified electrician. Product selection does not replace an electrical safety assessment.
Prepare for dispatch
Product attributes and packed shipment details are different. Final shipping weight and dimensions should be measured after packing, then used for the shipment and AWB workflow.
Final order review
- Variant names match the item schedule
- Pack size and total pieces are correct
- Billing and delivery details are complete
- Someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment
For a larger or mixed requirement, contact VK LED with the item schedule so the selection can be reviewed before checkout.
