Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase. Before returning any item, contact us at vklightingindia@gmail.com for approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, return or refund as applicable. Return shipping for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items will be borne by VK LED.

Non-returnable items
Installed or used electrical products, cut-to-size wires or cables, customized products, business startup kits configured for a customer, clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

Change-of-mind returns
If an eligible return is accepted for reasons other than damage, defect or an incorrect item, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. After dispatch, the return conditions above will apply.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved prepaid-order refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Approved COD-order refunds will be processed to a verified bank account or UPI ID within 7–10 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
